8.1 PRODUCT EXCHANGE

As the Kyrios Suit is considered a personal or intimate garment, the possibility of a return is offered for health and safety reasons, under the return and refund policy (WITHDRAWAL).

Products can only be exchanged for a different size, provided they have NOT BEEN USED and/or show no external damage caused by the customer. The CLIENT has a term of five (5) calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s) to notify the COMPANY and proceed with the return through the designated carrier provided by Kyrios.

Steps for Exchange:

2. Required Information:Full name of the purchaser.
   ID number of the purchaser.

3. Verification Materials:Include a photo or video showing measurements taken with a measuring tape, following the recommended size chart.
   
4. Product Condition:Products must be in perfect condition, clean, complete, with tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging.
   Review Kyrios Suit's checklist for returns.
   

Note:

• Exchanges will not be accepted if the garment has been used or fails to meet the conditions outlined above.
• Kyrios Suit LLC reserves the right to approve exchanges and returns after analyzing the case.

• Important Note:
  Kyrios Suit will not cover shipping costs for a second exchange initiated by the CLIENT. These costs must be assumed by the CLIENT if the issue is related to size.

8.2 PAYMENT REVERSAL

The CLIENT may request a refund if:

• The product was not received due to circumstances beyond their control.
• The product received was defective or incorrect.

Process for Refund Requests:

• Submit the claim within five (5) business days of the expected delivery date or the date the product was received.

Refunds Due to Withdrawal:

If the product was not delivered on time, or arrived damaged, you have 5 business days to notify Kyrios Suit and request a refund.

• Return shipping costs are the CLIENT's responsibility.
• Upon receiving your return, Kyrios will notify you via email about the refund or exchange process.

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds for purchases made by credit or debit card will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the product has been received at Kyrios facilities.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are only processed using the methods described above.
• Refund timelines begin once the returned product arrives at Kyrios facilities.

8.3 TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the CLIENT.

• Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any additional charges required for customs clearance must be paid by the CLIENT.

We currently deliver directly to your doorstep through various shipping carriers, depending on the country and geographical area. Shipping costs may vary depending on the location.

What if Kyrios Suit is Not Available in My Area?

If Kyrios Suit is not available in your region, we recommend opening a virtual mailbox in the United States that can receive and forward shipments to your area.

We will ship your order for free to your virtual mailbox.

Steps to Get Your Kyrios Suit via a Virtual Mailbox:

1. Open a Virtual Mailbox: Sign up with a virtual mailbox service that ships to your area.
2. Place Your Order: Once your virtual mailbox is set up, return to our website and enter your virtual mailbox address in the shipping section of our cart.
3. Receive Your Order: Your virtual mailbox provider will handle the rest and forward your Kyrios Suit to your location.

Products sold through our website come with a 30-calendar-day warranty, starting from the date the CLIENT receives the product(s).

How to Report a Quality Issue:

If you encounter any quality issues within this period, please report it immediately to our Customer Service at contact@kyriossuit.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (210) 944-8168. We will guide you through the process.

Warranty Details:

1. If the product can be repaired, it will be serviced to restore full functionality and returned to you.
2. Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee immediate replacement. Our Quality Control and Customer Service teams will assess the issue to ensure the damage was not caused by misuse or failure to follow washing instructions.
3. Warranty coverage only applies to manufacturing defects, such as issues with stitching, finishing, or material quality. It covers defects in workmanship or suitability for intended use.

Warranty Process:

• Repair Process:
  If the product can be repaired, this will be completed within 30 business days of receipt at Kyrios' facilities. If additional time is required due to the complexity of the repair, the CLIENT will be notified.
• Replacement Process:
  If the product cannot be repaired or the defect persists, a replacement with an identical or similar product will be provided. Replacements will be shipped within 20 business days of receiving the product at Kyrios’ facilities, and the warranty period will restart for the replacement product.
• Transportation Costs:
  Repairs and shipping will be handled at no cost to the CLIENT. For replacements, the transport of the repaired or replaced product to the CLIENT will also be covered by Kyrios.

Warranty Claim Instructions:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via email (contact@kyriossuit.com) or WhatsApp (+1 (210) 944-8168) to describe the issue and initiate the warranty claim.
2. Submit the Product: The CLIENT must send the product to Kyrios' facilities or the authorized distributor within 15 business days of submitting the warranty request. A reverse shipping label will be provided by Kyrios, and instructions for shipping will be sent via email.

Note: The CLIENT is responsible for ensuring the product is sent to the designated Kyrios facility within the specified timeframe to exercise their warranty rights.

CARE AND WASHING PRECAUTIONS FOR KYRIOS SUIT

KYRIOS SUIT is considered a pressure garment and is made with flexible and sensitive materials. For this reason, it must be handled with care during washing and storage to avoid damage.

• When NOT in Use: Fasten all Velcro straps and zippers before folding and storing the suit in its bag.
• Do Not Leave Velcro Straps Open: The rougher Velcro (hooks) can damage the inner fabric and external seams if not properly fastened.

Washing Instructions

• Use Mild Detergent: Specifically for baby clothes.
• Machine Washing: Only if absolutely necessary, use a delicate or soft cycle and do not mix with other garments to avoid damage.
• Hand Washing: Dilute the mild detergent in lukewarm water before placing the garment. Limit washing time to 10 minutes. After rinsing with lukewarm water, rinse again with cold water.
• Avoid Bleach or Harsh Chemicals:For blood stains, rub the area immediately with 20-30 volume hydrogen peroxide.
  For ink or paint stains, soften with milk.
  For saliva or nasal/tracheostomy secretions, clean the area immediately with a baby wipe or damp cloth, as dried secretions can damage the threads and fabric.
  

Precautions

• Avoid Using Creams: Do not apply scented or medicated creams directly on the skin that will be in contact with the suit. Wait until the cream is absorbed or use lightweight clothing between the skin and the suit.
• For Grease Stains: Cover the stain with talcum powder, let it sit for 15 minutes, and then wash.

Drying Instructions

• Do not brush the fabric to avoid damage.
• Do not wring the garment to remove excess water.
• Hang to dry on a clothing hanger in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
• DO NOT USE A DRYER.

External Vinyl Packaging

• The Kyrios Suit must be properly folded and protected to avoid damage during transportation, inside its original external packaging.
• The packaging must be securely closed to prevent contamination or damage.

General Condition of the Product

• The Kyrios Suit must be clean and free of visible stains.
• The product must not have unpleasant odors (e.g., tobacco, humidity, bodily fluids, etc.).
• There should be no signs of excessive use or evident damage (tears, rips, etc.).

Velcro Inspection

• Velcros (hook and loop) must be completely closed to avoid sticking to the fabric during transport and causing damage.
• Velcros should be in good condition and maintain proper adhesion.
• Velcros must be free of debris (threads, lint, etc.) that could affect their functionality.
• The edges around the Velcros must not show fraying or broken seams.

Zipper Inspection

• The zipper should slide smoothly from end to end.
• The zipper pull tab must be present and in good condition.
• There must be no tears or frayed seams around the zipper area.
• The zipper teeth must not be damaged or misaligned.

Metal Hooks (Below the Zipper)

• All metal hooks must be present and aligned on both sides (equal number of hooks on each side).
• Hooks must be firmly attached, without being loose or bent.
• There must be no sharp edges or visible damage on the hooks that could affect functionality.

Seam Inspection

• All seams must be intact with no tears.
• No loose threads or open seams should be visible.
• Areas of higher tension (e.g., armpits, crotch) must be carefully checked to ensure seams remain intact.

Internal and External Fabric Check

• Internal Fabric: No visible wear or tears; surface should be soft and free of pills or pilling.
• External Fabric: Free of marks, tears, or discoloration, maintaining its original texture.

Verification of Additional Accessories

• The product must include all original components.
• Four internal tags (brand, size, washing instructions, batch number) must be present and in good condition.
• The carrying bag must be in excellent condition, without tears, loose stitching, or damaged cords.
• The educational cardboard insert must be in excellent condition, free of scratches or stains, and include barcode stickers.
