8.1 PRODUCT EXCHANGE
As the Kyrios Suit is considered a personal or intimate garment, the possibility of a return is offered for health and safety reasons, under the return and refund policy (WITHDRAWAL).
Products can only be exchanged for a different size, provided they have NOT BEEN USED and/or show no external damage caused by the customer. The CLIENT has a term of five (5) calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s) to notify the COMPANY and proceed with the return through the designated carrier provided by Kyrios.
Steps for Exchange:

- Required Information:Full name of the purchaser. ID number of the purchaser. WhatsApp contact number. Reason for the exchange.
- Verification Materials:Include a photo or video showing measurements taken with a measuring tape, following the recommended size chart.
- Product Condition:Products must be in perfect condition, clean, complete, with tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging. Review Kyrios Suit's checklist for returns.
Note:
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the garment has been used or fails to meet the conditions outlined above.
- Kyrios Suit LLC reserves the right to approve exchanges and returns after analyzing the case.

- Important Note:Kyrios Suit will not cover shipping costs for a second exchange initiated by the CLIENT. These costs must be assumed by the CLIENT if the issue is related to size.
8.2 PAYMENT REVERSAL
The CLIENT may request a refund if:
- The product was not received due to circumstances beyond their control.
- The product received was defective or incorrect.
Process for Refund Requests:

- Submit the claim within five (5) business days of the expected delivery date or the date the product was received.
Refunds Due to Withdrawal:
If the product was not delivered on time, or arrived damaged, you have 5 business days to notify Kyrios Suit and request a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the CLIENT's responsibility.
- Upon receiving your return, Kyrios will notify you via email about the refund or exchange process.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds for purchases made by credit or debit card will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the product has been received at Kyrios facilities.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are only processed using the methods described above.
- Refund timelines begin once the returned product arrives at Kyrios facilities.
8.3 TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the CLIENT.
- Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any additional charges required for customs clearance must be paid by the CLIENT.
We currently make shipments to the door of your house if you are in the following geographical areas:

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO PURCHASE KYRIOS SUIT and I am not in those countries?We recommend you open a virtual locker in the United States that arrives and makes shipments to your area.Some boxes that we recommend you use are: Shipitoo or Skybox.
We will send it to that box for free.
When you have your virtual locker, we recommend you visit us again and place the shipping address in our shopping cart to send it to you.
PRODUCT WARRANTY(S)
The product(s) sold through the website will have a guarantee of ninety (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Product(s) by the CLIENT.
If during this time any quality news is presented, you must report it to the customer service email contact@kyriossuit.com or to our Customer Service WhatsApp (+1) (2109448168) to indicate the procedure to follow.
According to the reported novelty, if the garment allows repair, it will be intervened and it will be delivered fully functional to the client.
The guarantee entry is not synonymous with immediate replacement of the garment, this will be defined by the quality process and/or customer service after the review of the claim, to identify that the damage IS NOT THE PRODUCT OF MISUSE OR MISMANAGEMENT OF WASHING INSTRUCTIONS.
Once the guarantee coverage time has passed, it is not possible to attend to said novelty.
The guarantee may be required for defective conditions of the product(s) (seams, finishes, quality of materials) that the Product presents defects in quality or suitability; that is to say, that it has manufacturing, elaboration deficiencies, and/or that it is not entirely suitable for the use for which it is intended.
The repaired product or its replacement with a new one will be sent to the Client to the address provided in the registration or to the place indicated in writing to the KYRIOS Client service area.
If the product could be repaired, this procedure will be carried out within thirty (30) business days from the day after the Product is received at the address of THE COMPANY that produces KYRIOS. In case it takes more time due to the complexity of the repair, the Client will be informed of such situation.
In the event that the Product cannot be repaired or the initial failure persists, the product will be replaced with an identical one or one with similar characteristics. The repairs made to the products will have no cost, and their transportation will be assumed by KYRIOS.
If it is decided to replace the good with another equal or one with similar characteristics, the change will be made within twenty (20) business days following the date on which the product subject to change is received in the KYRIOS warehouses, and the term of the guarantee begins to run again.
To request the effectiveness of the guarantee, THE CUSTOMER must contact the Customer service area (contact@kyriossuit.com - +1 (210) 944-8168) and report the damage to the Product(s) and put it at available to KYRIOS within fifteen (15) business days following the date on which the guarantee request was filed.
Once the request has been filed by the CLIENT, THE COMPANY will proceed with the request to the transport company to generate a reverse transport guide, of which the client will be notified via email so that they know the procedure to follow according to the indications of the shipping company. It is important to note that THE CLIENT is solely responsible for shipping the Product(s) to the KYRIOS warehouses at their main address; to the same, THE CLIENT must exhaust all the resources within the indicated term to be able to exercise his right of guarantee.
KYRIOS SUIT CARE AND WASHING PRECAUTIONS
KYRIOS SUIT is considered a suit or Pressure Garment and is made with flexible and sensitive materials, for this reason they need to be treated with caution when washing and storing to avoid damaging it easily.
While NOT IN USE, you must stick each corresponding velcro and the closure, then store it folded in its bag.
Do not leave Velcros open, since the coarser Velcros or so-called males, can damage the internal fabric and also if it comes into contact with the external seams, they will also be affected.
WASHED
Use mild detergent (baby clothes)
If you are going to wash in the washing machine, wash it extremely necessary and in a delicate or gentle cycle and never mix it with other clothes, to avoid damaging the suit.
When washing by hand you must dilute the mild detergent in warm water before inserting the garment. The duration of the wash should not be more than 10 minutes. After rinsing with warm water, use cold water.
Never use chlorine or strong bleaches if your suit has been soiled with:
Blood, immediately rub it into that area with 20 or 30 volume hydrogen peroxide.
Ink or paint, ink stains are softened with milk.
Saliva and/or nasal or tracheostomy secretions, constant and continuous, requires washing or at least immediately cleaning the area with a damp baby cloth or a damp cloth with water, (When these secretions dry on the clothes, they ferment and break both the sewing threads and the children of the external mesh fabric)
Do not put odor creams and/or medicated creams on the skin that will come into contact with the suit, you could wait for it to be absorbed or place light clothing between the skin and the Kyrios Suit to be used.
Exposure to stain with grease, cover it with talc, let it rest for 15 minutes and then you can wash it.
Avoid brushing the garment to avoid damaging it. Do not twist them to remove excess water.
When drying, hang it on a clothes hook, always choose a place where they can dry in the open air and in the shade.
DO NOT USE DRYER.
External Vinyl Packaging
- The Kyrios Suit must be properly folded and protected to avoid damage during transportation, inside its original external packaging.
- The packaging must be securely closed to prevent contamination or damage.
General Condition of the Product
- The Kyrios Suit must be clean and free of visible stains.
- The product must not have unpleasant odors (e.g., tobacco, humidity, bodily fluids, etc.).
- There should be no signs of excessive use or evident damage (tears, rips, etc.).
Velcro Inspection
- Velcros (hook and loop) must be completely closed to avoid sticking to the fabric during transport and causing damage.
- Velcros should be in good condition and maintain proper adhesion.
- Velcros must be free of debris (threads, lint, etc.) that could affect their functionality.
- The edges around the Velcros must not show fraying or broken seams.
Zipper Inspection
- The zipper should slide smoothly from end to end.
- The zipper pull tab must be present and in good condition.
- There must be no tears or frayed seams around the zipper area.
- The zipper teeth must not be damaged or misaligned.
Metal Hooks (Below the Zipper)
- All metal hooks must be present and aligned on both sides (equal number of hooks on each side).
- Hooks must be firmly attached, without being loose or bent.
- There must be no sharp edges or visible damage on the hooks that could affect functionality.
Seam Inspection
- All seams must be intact with no tears.
- No loose threads or open seams should be visible.
- Areas of higher tension (e.g., armpits, crotch) must be carefully checked to ensure seams remain intact.
Internal and External Fabric Check
- Internal Fabric: No visible wear or tears; surface should be soft and free of pills or pilling.
- External Fabric: Free of marks, tears, or discoloration, maintaining its original texture.
Verification of Additional Accessories
- The product must include all original components.
- Four internal tags (brand, size, washing instructions, batch number) must be present and in good condition.
- The carrying bag must be in excellent condition, without tears, loose stitching, or damaged cords.
- The educational cardboard insert must be in excellent condition, free of scratches or stains, and include barcode stickers.

Había escuchado hablar bien de él y he podido comprobar q es súper efectivo de hecho el fisio de mi hijo lo quiere para cada sesión, mi hijo aún no tiene adquirido la sedestacion, pero con este traje y acompañado con un una pesa de 1 kg en cada pie puede ver a mi hijo de pie, gracias x existir kirios
Pues la verdad, al principio estaba un poco escéptica con lo de Kyrios, pero ha sido una bendición para Sofi. Desde que empezó a usarlo, anda más derechita y hasta su terapeuta lo notó. Ella dice que el diseño es cool, y la verdad es que le encanta ponérselo. Los que atienden por whatsapp siempre están pendientes, lo que me da mucha tranquilidad. Supeer agradecidaa!
